Overview
Suicune V has decent HP [210] and has a Lightning Weakness. Since many Lightning Pokemon are not very popular in current rotation, it is a good weakness to have.
Its only attack, Blizzard Rondo has 20 base damage and does 20 extra damage for each Benced Pokemon in play [both yours and your opponent'[s). If both players' setup max Benched Pokemon, this attack will have maximum damage of 220. To use this attack, you only need to attach 1 Water Energy and 1 Colorless Energy to Suicune V.
Also, its Ability Swift Runner can be used to draw an extra card as long as Suicune is an Active Pokemon.
Energy Setup
To accelerate Energy to Suicune V, you can use Melony to attach 1 extra Water Energy from your discard pile and attach another 1 Water Energy from your hand to use its attack Blizzard Rondo.
Capacious Bucket can be used to find 2 Water Energy from your deck.
Second Attacker
Relying only on Suicune V as a sole attacker for your deck is not really a smart choice. Because you can't fully control the Suicune V Blizzard Rondo damage. If your opponent choose to play with very few Benched Pokemon, the Blizzard Rondo damage will be greatly reduced.
So, it is good to have another solid attacker in your deck. Ice Rider Calyrex VMAX is one of the great partners for Suicune V because they have exactly the same Energy Cost to use their respective attack.
Increase Hp
Though Suicune V has decent HP, it still can be OHKO by some of your opponent Pokemon V or Pokemon VMAX. So, it is quite crucial to increase its HP so that your Suicune V can survive longer. You can use Cape of Toughness to increase Suicune V HP by 50.
Another way to play
Alternatively, you can play Suicune V with new Ludiculo instead of Ice Rider Calyrex VMAX. Ludiculo Ability Hype Dance allows your Basic Pokemon to deal 100 extra damage when you evolve it and you can also use this Ability multiple time during your turn. For instance, if you evolve 2 of your Lombre into 2 Ludiculo in the same turn, your Suicune V will deal 200 extra damage this turn.
Lombre with Ability Top Entry will increase your chance of setting up Ludiculo earlier. Because this Ability allows you to put Lombre onto your Bench when your draw Lombre at the beginning of your turn.
But, playing with Ludiculo causes your deck to become slower since it is not that first to setup Stage 2 Pokemon and you also need to setup another Ludiculo again once Hype Dance is used.
